Features of the Package

1. Casket  Name : OMB Plain
2. Preservation, Restoration, Cosmetics and Placement of Body to the Casket.  Embalming period is unlimited number of days.
3. Viewing Amenities provided includes carpet; viewing lights, candle holders, curtains, tent, among others.  Beautification is placed in the family’s choice of location.  Note that amenities may provided may depend on the availability of supply.
4. Free : Fresh Flowers
5. No Chapel available for viewing usage.
6. Funeral Car : Dianne
   Distance allowed is approximately 25 kms radius from origin. Excess of KM is charged 25.00/ km
7. Documentation Assistance- MCIAGroup, Inc. and the servicing mortuary is expected to assist in facilitation and release of needed burial permit,  transfer permit, death certificate and other government or agency claimable benefits like SSS, GSIS.

Note: Items that are not included in the Memorial Service Package are the costs of Chapel usage for vigil, memorial lots, niche, crypt, cremation, obituary notices, thank you cards, interment fee by the cemetery of memorial park, extra copies of death certificates, cost autopsy and reconstruction if needed. Additional charges shall be paid by the family directly to the Servicing Mortuary
